Our History
Green Valley Pool Service & Repair LLC was established in 1970 as Green Valley Pool & Patio, by Frank and Doris Musgrave. Neither Frank nor Doris had any swimming pool experience. However, after seeing the need for a swimming pool retail store with pool service & repair was needed in Yuma, they began Green Valley with hard work and determination. Frank and Doris made a lot of trips to Phoenix to receive mentoring by professionals in the Phoenix area. They began to build their business on, “we won’t say we don’t know or we can’t help somebody, we will find out”. This kind of thrust is what began to make Green Valley a successful business.
In 2001, Doris sold the business to her son-in-law and daughter, Tim & Janet Craig. Since 2001, Green Valley has continued to thrive through the economical ups and downs. Green Valley has grown to twice the size, both in revenues and team members. The company has added profit sharing and other benefits to their team members. In 2014, after 44 years in swimming pool and spa retail, Tim & Janet began their strategy to shut down the retail portion of the business. Green Valley Pool & Patio became known as Green Valley Pool Service & Repair.
In May of 2017, Green Valley moved out of their location of 38 years at 2301 S Avenue A to 3143 E 33rd Place, Suite B. The company had grown out of its original location for their fleet of vehicles. It had also decided to concentrate on what they do best, swimming pool/spa service and repair.
In March of 2023, Tim & Janet Craig sold the company to Casey & Marina Roloff. Both are experienced professionals in their respective fields, with Casey having served in leadership positions in the U.S. Army and as a Border Patrol Agent in Yuma, AZ for 15 years. Meanwhile, Marina has held numerous lead positions throughout her journey in the medical field as a Nurse Practitioner. They have a proven track record of optimizing systems and processes which allow for a higher level of accountability and are committed to defining a culture that will increase the overall quality of service that each customer will receive.
Green Valley Pool Service & Repair continues to train and strive to give customers superior service and repair while developing long-term relationships through their trust and customer service.

Angel Torres - Chief Operations Officer
Hello, I'm Angel Torres, and I've proudly dedicated 13 years of my life to Green Valley Pool Service & Repair. What keeps me passionate about this industry is the constant opportunity to learn and adapt. With ever-evolving technologies and innovations, there's always something new and exciting to explore, and that's what I truly cherish about my work. Beyond my professional life, I am a mother of three wonderful children 24, 21, 16 and I am happily married to my brilliantly talented Husband Chris. I am truly blessed to be a part of such an amazing family both at home and at Green Valley.
Rita Baumgarner - Director of Finance
Hello, I'm Rita, and my journey with Green Valley spans an impressive 11 years. Throughout my tenure, I've had the privilege of wearing various hats within the company, but currently, I find myself in the Finance Department, where I enjoy crunching numbers and contributing to the financial success of our team. Outside of my professional life, I'm a proud Mother of three and I am honored to be married to my wonderful Husband. My heart is truly content when I'm firing up the BBQ and spending quality time with my husband, savoring the simple pleasures of life.
Kaite Hoffman - Office Coordinator
Hello, I'm Kaite, an Office Coordinator at Green Valley Pool Service and Repair. I've had the pleasure of being a part of the Green Valley team for just over a year now, and it's been an incredible experience. What truly makes this job special for me is the opportunity to collaborate with some truly amazing people. A little insight into my personality - I have a fantastic sense of humor, and I'm always up for a good laugh. I'm an avid fan of Taylor Swift, and her music never fails to put a smile on my face. Most importantly, I'm always ready to have a great time and bring positive energy to the team!
Tristen Rivas - Office Coordinator
Hello, I'm Tristen Rivas, an Office Coordinator at Green Valley Pool Service and Repair. I have the pleasure of being part of the amazing Green Valley Team, I feel so blessed in not just my work life but also my home life, I have a wonderful 8 year old son, a beautiful family of strong women, a hardworking and loving fiance and a sweet and giant great pyrenees Daisy Mae. My goal is to always make sure I succeed in life both personally and professionally. I am so proud to be a part of the amazing Green Valley team and know that together we will achieve success which will ultimately translate to a great home life as well!
